Your Petersen-Dean experience doesn't end once your roof has been installed. We back every roof we build with a warranty you can count on.

The vast majority of Petersen-Dean roofs never require a service call, but if you ever experience a leak or storm damage, having a Petersen-Dean warranty assures we'll be there to help.

New Construction Warranties
For new construction, all Petersen-Dean installed roofs come with a standard two-year warranty. This warranty covers any leaks or maintenance issues that may arise.

As a special service, when you register your new construction warranty online, we'll extend it for one full year, giving you three full years of trusted protection. When filling out this online form, you can also elect to extend your warranty to cover your roof for years to come.

Re-Roof Warranties
For re-roof projects, Petersen-Dean offers a five-year warranty as our standard with the option to extend this protection for the lifetime of your roof. Our re-roof warranty covers your roof for any leak repairs or other needed maintenance.
