Brian Owen Senior Vice President, LA/Central Region Following family tradition, Brian Owen is the third member of his family to pursue a career in roofing. Applying the broad base of his liberal arts undergraduate degree, including a BA in Economics and Business, Owen focuses on continually improving Petersen-Dean's core competencies: strength and flexibility. Owen is a board member for the Roofing Contractors Association of California.
David E. Stumbos Chief Legal Officer David Stumbos joined Petersen-Dean in 2007 as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer. After a successful career as a civil trial attorney, Stumbos joined Centex Homes where he held regional and national positions in the legal department. Based in Petersen-Dean's San Francisco office, David has practiced law since 1980. He earned undergraduate and law degrees from the University of California.
David Morgan Senior Vice President, Las Vegas David Morgan is General Manager of Red Rose, Inc. a subsidiary of Petersen-Dean located in Las Vegas, Nevada. There, Morgan has spent over thirty-five years in the roofing business. He began as a tradesman, became a supervisor and estimator, and later an owner of Red Rose, one of Southern Nevada's most well-recognized roofing companies.
David Morosoli Senior Vice President, Norcal/Reno Vice-President of Northern California and Reno Operations, David Morosoli joined Petersen-Dean in 2004 after 15 years working in the computer and electronic industries. A retired Captain in the United States Army, Morosoli holds a BS in Industrial Technology from San Jose State University and a minor in Military Science. He is an active member of the California Professional Association of Specialty Contractors.
Gregory O'Donnell Senior Vice President, Inland Empire Region Gregory O'Donnell joined Petersen-Dean after a long career at Pacific Coast Roofing. Today he leads the Inland Empire region for Petersen-Dean, overseeing operations including construction specifications, estimating, project budgeting, and sales activities. A California-licensed contractor in general building, roofing, and sheet metal, O'Donnell is involved in the Building Industry Association's San Diego and Inland Empire divisions, as well as the Western States Roofing Contractors Association.
Johannes Moehnle Chief Information Officer In his role as Chief Information Officer, Johannes Moehnle oversees all aspects of Petersen-Dean's accounting and information systems. Moehnle became a consultant in the United States in 1978, designing and establishing accounting and information systems after earning degrees in business administration, communications, and electronics. Prior to joining Petersen-Dean in 2003, Moehnle served as CIO at Pacific Coast Roofing for 18 years.
Jason Brinkmann Senior Vice President, Texas Jason Brinkmann is division manager of Brinkmann Roofing Company Inc., a subsidiary of Petersen-Dean located in Houston, Texas. Brinkmann oversees daily operations of Brinkmann's corporate headquarters in Houston and four additional locations throughout Texas. He has served as general manager of Brinkmann for the 8 years prior to joining the Petersen-Dean team in 2007. He obtained a BA in Business Management at Texas A&M University.
Craig Dallas Vice President of Sales and Marketing Craig Dallas joined Petersen Dean in October 2007 after having an extensive career in sales and marketing within the building materials industry. He was with Boral Industries for over 13 years and prior to that he worked with the Masco Corporation. After graduating from Duke University, his career kicked off at RJR – Nabisco working at their corporate office in the operations, sales, and marketing environment. In 2008, Craig's primary focus is to implement the Company's growth strategy from Florida into the Southeastern USA. We will use his experience in building national alliances with the country's top builders and commercial contractors.
