![]() Challenge: Roofing in a high occupancy environment in the middle of downtown San Antonio. Very strict safety regulations and environmental concerns for this year- long project. The schedule of dates for tear off were subject to change as a result of weather conditions, difficulty of the tear off, and working around Convention Center events. Further, the existing roof system contained asbestos in some areas, which required asbestos abatement. Job site safety for passers-by and employees remained a priority throughout the project. Product used: Firestone 60mil TPO |
